2. Data collected

When placing an order: name, email address, delivery address, phone number (optional). Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used to: process and deliver your order, send order confirmation, contact you in case of issues with your order, comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance (your order) and legal obligations (invoicing, prevention of alcohol sales to minors).

5. Retention period

Order data is kept for the legal accounting retention period (10 years in Luxembourg). Contact data is deleted upon request.

6. Subprocessors

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional emails), POST Luxembourg (delivery). These providers are GDPR compliant.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies necessary for operation (cart, language preference, payment security). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

9. Security

Communications are encrypted (HTTPS). Payments are secured by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). No banking data passes through our servers.
