1. **Mezzocuore** — An artisan sandwich shop specialising in Mezzocuore sandwiches made on house-baked pizza dough bread, filled with fresh seasonal products. The signature item is house-made pastrami from nitrite-free Luxembourgish Angus beef. Also serves Puccia from Puglia.

2. **L'Épicerie** — A farm grocery offering locally sourced and organic products: artisan charcuterie, raw-milk cheeses, fresh bread, oils, and condiments from selected producers. Short supply chains and local sourcing are central to the philosophy.
